Can I get an estimate for repairs over the phone?

With today's complex vehicles, it's not possible to give an accurate estimate unless we look at the vehicle and, if necessary, evaluate it with our sophisticated diagnostic equipment.  For example, what you describe may not be the underlying problem.  We don’t want to misrepresent the needed repair.

Are you open on Saturday?

We aren't open on Saturdays or Holidays.  Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

When is payment due on the work done on my vehicle?

Payment must be made before the vehicle can be released to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check or credit card.  Financing is available through the Napa Car Care One card, 12 months interest free if paid in 12 months.

How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

Your advisor can give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle.  Be sure to check with your advisor for the specifics on your vehicle.

Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?

Yes, we would be happy to provide this service to you. We want each customer's visit to be a positive experience and will work diligently towards that goal. 

How can I get a rental car?

Procraft at 917 Central Ave. 727-9320 has Hertz rental vehicles right on site.

How will I know when my car is done?

You will be notified when your vehicle is ready for pick up. You may also call at any time during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.

Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?

Yes, we back our repairs. Please inquire about possible exceptions.
